[BUG] Summon Gargoyle
When I use Summon Gargoyle it only lasts for 30 seconds rather than 1 minute. The runic power cost seems to have been lowered as per the tooltip but the time was not changed. This is with continuous runic power generation and no dump other than Gargoyle. Tested 5-6 times.

I didn't see this reported anywhere else, my apologies if it already was.

The gargoyle that is summoned now lasts a maximum of 30 seconds.

Apparently I may be misinformed on this. The duration of the gargoyle and the tooltip duration are inconsistent, so we'll look into these changes.
