I created two sets, one named "prot" which is a 1h mace + shield and one named "ret" which is a 2h mace.
When I currently have the "ret" set equipped and want to switch to the "prot" set, everything works fine, my 2h mace gets unequipped and my 1h mace + shield get equipped.
If I want to switch back to the "ret" set, then I get an error saying the item cannot be equipped in that slot. I find my shield unequipped but my 1h mace still equipped. I then have to switch to the "ret" set one more time to properly equip my 2h mace.
I have no mods, this is a fresh install of the ptr that was just patched to the latest build around 11pm pst last night.
Seems like the shield should get unequipped first before it attempts to switch the weapon slot.
