I have sent feedback reguarding the talent on the PTR since the first build.
This affects my toon, the party/raid.
it doesnt refresh on crits until the timer reaches Zero then the timesr starts all over..
EASILY DUPLICATED..

I see no reason, for MS and Cleavin',
Since Tseric wants us to spec Prot.
