Use: If your Guardian Spirit lasts its entire duration without being triggered, the cooldown is reset to 1 min.

This is a bug, at least for me. I have applied the glyph of Guardian Spirit, used it, watch it not trigger and still the 3 min cooldown remains. Unless I've misunderstood the meaning behind the word trigger, but I've also applied it and not healed and so on.
