A blue poster recently (a few weeks ago) claimed that the incorrectly itemized block pieces would be updated with 3.1 As of the latest PTR patch, Wall of Terror received this change. I haven't been able to check other items, but Fleshless Girdle certainly wasn't updated with correct itemization.
The list of items that were incorrectly itemized is included below (source: Elitistjerks thread):
Fleshless Girdle (75 stam instead of 100 + a socket)
Shadow of the Ghoul (56 stam instead of 84)
Wall of Terror (63 stam instead of 94) (226)
Inexorable Sabatons (63 stam + socket instead of 111)
Was this item missed in the first place, or are the changes still forthcoming? Can we expect to see any changes soon?
