BUG? Demon resets to defencive on respawn

Not sure if this is a bug or not but when I res in a BG my pet respawns in defencive stance. I believe on the regular server it remembers what stance it's in. Not game breaking but it's annoying.

This has been previously reported, and we're currently looking into this.
