So I still have not seen a response to this and I think i've seen several threads now with questions about it.
On the PTR the tooltip when 3 points is inserted tells us we get 15% mana back on proc. Is this a typo and if not 15% of what mana? Our rejuv cast? Our mana pool? Our mana base?
Could someone please answer these questions so everyone can know what was intended here?
