[BUG] Chillblains
In the patch notes it states that Chillblains (Frost DK snare) is no longer dispellable, however currently on the PTR it remains a magic debuff, and can indeed be dispelled.

Please test this in a later build, the patch notes may have changes that do not directly reflect what is currently active on the PTR.
