[Bug]Black arrow ranks
Are missing! Would be nice to have the rest of the ranks to get some proper dps testing in for the spec. I assume there are more ranks coming because its listed damage is about the same as rank 5 immolation trap which is learned at 56.

Are you unable to train additional ranks at the Hunter Trainer?
