Only had time to test this a couple times, so i'm not really sure when this happens, but elemental mastery seems to be giving more than one instant cast.
Was dueling a DK, flameshocked him then cast EM/LaB, was an instant cast. Then after frostshocking and kiting for about 10 seconds, stopped to cast CL but it was an instant cast, and i won! (bad dk is bad)
