I was really hopeing that I could dual spec this guy as Elemental and Resto while I leveled to 80 so that I could get more groups to run dungeons with. But for some reason I think that I remember seeing you have to be 80 in order to dual spec.
Can anyone confirm this? If this is true then I would like to ask Blizzard to please consider the level requirement for dual specs to be changed to 70. By the time you hit 70 you should know your class well enough that it shouldn't matter if you dual spec or not.

OHHHHH NOOO NOT WARLOCK!!! They are very hard fighters because they use the power of main fire and the Satan!!!
