I logged on to the PTR the other day, and was playing around with my action bars and switching specs. At one point, I was in my secondary spec (Shadow) and switching back to my main spec (Discipline.) When I switched back to Discipline, my Disc talented spells (like Penance, Power Infusion, etc.) were missing from my action bars, and were also missing from my spell book. I switched back to shadow to see if going back and forth would fix it, and it didn't. I had to go back to the trainer, drop my talents, and spec it back up again to get my spells back.
I should also mention that I was in shadowform when I switched specs back to Discipline when the spells disappeared from my spell book. That might be how you reproduce this issue:
1. Spec a priest Disc for main spec and Shadow for off spec.
2. Switch to secondary spec, turn on shadowform
3. Switch spec back to Disc while in shadowform
4. ???
5. Profit
I was also missing my glyphs from my main spec, but I gather that this is a separate issue and seems to have been reported elsewhere.
