With the recent changes to Divine Plea, essentially making it 100% uptime on Prot Paladins, this has inadvertently (I believe) nerfed several healing abilities. Basically, any reactive heal is reduced by 50%. This includes Earth Shield, Judgment of Light procs, the feral heal aura crit proc, prayer of mending, lifebloom (the bloom), health pots, health stones, bandages, and Lay on Hands.
This is a critical issue that needs to be addressed in some way with the changes to Prot Paladin tanking mechanics, we are effectively having a permanent mortal strike debuff placed upon us just so we can maintain enough mana to continue tanking.
