Short version: it doesn't work.
Long version: I have both purchased and made this glyph myself on the PTR. When I apply it, it reads:
"Glyph of Pestilence: Your Pestilence ability now refreshes disease durations on the target back to their maximum duration."
The problem: It fails to do so. I tried on training dummies, and regular monsters in icecrown, and pestilence simply does not refresh the duration of my diseases on my target.
I have sumbitted a bug report in-game, but since that doesn't give any feedback, i don't even know if it's been read. Anyway, anyone else who's having this issue, give this thread a bump so the blues will read it. Represent!
