Demonic Pact is still bugged in the latest build. It now only counts 30% out of 39% of the spirit=spellpower from Fel armor. It is not counting this last 9% of spirit = spellpower gained thru demonic aegis.
Fel Synergy is currently broken, not procing at all.
Decimate seems to have been fixed. It is still annoying having to wait for the travel time on shadowbolt or incinerate to finish before you can make use of decimate procs. Not sure if overcoming this limitation by weaving procs with enough haste is intended. In addition rank(1/2) was changed from 30 to 35% haste, however rank(2/2) is still 60%, when it seems like this should have been increased to 70%. Increasing to 70%, or even more (50/100%, ie instant for 2/2) would make weaving procs much easier.
Whenever a new pet is summoned they are completely new. By this I mean new name and the pet action bar is reset to default, with the pet being summoned in defensive with all autocasts on. I noticed that if I summoned my sucubus or felhound, they were not completely new but had the same names as my pets on live. I'm guessing that maybe this bug has been fixed, but characters on the PTR are currently corrupted by the old bug.
Immolate/Corruption "a more powerful spell is active" error still occurs when trying to refresh either spell if the original was cast with any type of spellpower buff, procs from trinkets etc.
Conflagrate seems to be working properly with talents now. Did some testing with the 2 piece t8 bonus today, and conflagrate is not working properly with it.
Conflagrate is showing itself active from other warlocks immolate on the target.
And a couple of annoyances:
Drainsoul proc rate is extremely low. I'm pretty sure someone else pointed this out before, but for progression raids on bosses with no adds it will remain very annoying using this spell for a small chance at receiving a soul shard. Combined with the 32 shards limit, making this now necessary instead of carrying around a second shard bag is very annoying.
In addition, if there is a shard limit, why not allow shards to stack to 32 and be done with the shard bags? At this point I can see no reason for shard bags to exist, before when shards had no limit it made sense for stacks of 1 since shards weren't supposed to be an endless resource but something to be managed. However now that there is a limit independant of bagspace, requiring a seperate 32 slot bag is just plain stupid. Hunters no longer need to carry quivers to hold their arrows, can we get some love on the shard front? Make shards stack to 32 if your going to limit us to 32 shards please.
Pet scaling remains an issue. I know several threads have pointed that out since well before this patch. Increasing pet hp is only a bandage for pvp, and as we gear up through ulduar specs that rely heavily on pets are going to suffer, especially warlocks as the pet only scales at 30% of out spellpower, completely ignoring crit and haste, realistically only scaling at ~10% of our gear. I really hope this is something blizzard is looking at still for this patch.
Conflagrate does significantly less damage to targets with the shadowflame debuff as opposed to with the immolate debuff. This really highlights just how bad shadowflame really is. Shadowflame's only saving grace now is the glyph that reduces movespeed by 70%
Glyphs: I was hoping that some of the new glyphs would be minor, but apparently every new glyph is a major glyph. Our minor glyphs are all pretty terrible. I was really hoping to get some new minor glyphs, or at least buffs to the ones we currently have. However right now minor glyphs are very disapointing. I would suggest changing all the improved pet glyphs into minor glyphs.
Tier 8 2 piece bonus is very bad for immolate damage, most likely due to all the % damage modifiers already affecting immolate. Allowing immolate ticks to crit would be a far better change.
Demonology seems to be getting the shaft once again in this patch, as it remains far better to spec anything but deep demonology now for personal dps. I really hope blizzard can do a pass to rebalance all 3 trees, but currently deep destruction is the best dps spec, followed by demo/destro hybrids and deep afflction with deep demonology pulling up the rear. I know in the past GC has said that they were comfortable with deep demonology having worse dps because of its superior survivability, and I'm kinda wondering if we could get a comment on that stance, as beyond the first 3 tiers of the tree not much survivability is gained. Really very annoyed at the 2 major demo nerfs/bug fixes that went through this round, which will put demonology further behind. In addition it was stated that talents like demonic pact might gain a "self-less buffer" buff, is this still in the cards?
