This may not pertain to test per se, but since PTR is up, maybe it can get fixed. I have 86 mounts on my main and someone in my guild pointed out that a new mount he got sucked because it was on global cooldown. So I tested out my 86 mounts and it seemed like it's completely random which mounts have a global cooldown and which do not (e.g. Level 30 Warhorse on global, Level 60 Charger not on global... Mag'har Cobalt War Tal'buk is the only mount from that reputation off global cooldown.) It just seems very strange and likely has something to do with the new mount "spells" and that whole pets UI, but shouldn't mounts be either on the global cooldown or off?
