Divine spirit copy bug?
On live servers, I did not talent into Improved DS. When I apply DS onto my self (as shadow) I get only 8 spellpower. This other priest who happens to be Disc (even though they removed DS as talent) gives me DS and I get 80.

Is there a possible transfer bug that could be reading live talents in a hidden fashion perhaps?

This has been reported previously, and we are currently investigating the issue.
