[BUG] Logging out in Rest Zone
It seems that when i log out in a zone where i gain rest exp, ie Orgrimmar, i have to wait the 20 seconds as if i was logging out in the wilderness.

Is this intended?

Can you describe what was happening before this occurred? Did you hearth to this location and then try and log out? And where exactly did this happen, you mention Orgrimmar but is that exactly where this occurred?
