Mainly this bug happens with the DeathKnight frost talent called "Chillblains"
this talent was changed to:
it can not be dispelled through Cleanse but it should still be removed from Hand of Freedom as it makes you immune to all movement impairing effects.
Also, some people have said it could be lag but i'll bring it up anyways, Hand of Freedom seemed to not removed certain root effects when activated. It did make you immune while you had it on but it would not remove for example Frost Nova which was on me before i casted it.
would require more testing for that second part but above talent is in fact a bug I am reporting.
