[Bug] Horn of winter
I encountered a bug where after respecing and reapplying a new glyph of horn of winter off the glyph vendor that it actualy reduced the duration of Horn of Winter by 1 minute instead of increasing it. I have not had a chance to attempt to re create it as the vendors have been disabled.
