On the ptr it is not removed by stone form, is this a bug or intended? If intended will wotf also not remove it to put it in line with stone form. I mean after gutting the talent that requires 31 points it's not even comparable to baseline ccs anymore I hope this is a bug or if not that wotf will also not remove it.
