I was talented pre-PTR with improved divine spirit. As I test it....I believe still gain the +80 to spell power. Other priests who have learned Divine Spirit on the PTR who had not previously talented it only gain the +80 to spirit.
Is the intent to base-line to priests Divine Spirit or Improved Divine Spirit?
