Retribution:

Sanctified Seals: Renamed Sanctity of Battle. Now also increases damage done by Exorcism and Crusader Strike by 5/10/15%

Will this be implemented on the ptr anytime soon?

Not all class changes listed in the patch notes are in the current PTR build, please test in a later build. Sorry I don't have any other information for you besides that.
