[BUG] Decimation - Warlock Talent
The warlock talent DECIMATION does not proc with either Incinerate or Shadow Bolt when the target is below 35% hp. This was working fine 2 patches ago but got broken after last patch and it seems like it has not been fixed in the latest patch as well. This is a very critical talent for demonology and hybrid warlock specs and the warlock community will be very thankful if this is fixed soon.
