Mind freeze seems to have some kind of delay on it, and even with good ping it can be difficult to interrupt spells. The issue is most prevelant vs shamans (yes I know about grounding totem and i tested it without grounding out) though it seems to affect the other healers to some degree. I dont know if the spell has some sort of travel time or what it is, but it is most definetly slower then kick (I tested this just to make sure it wasnt a recent thing on my rogue) or pummel. Funny thing is I dont notice this issue on my warlock alt's felhunter.

Im going to try to get some vids taken this coming week of the issue in action, but I figured I would post about this EXTREMELY frustrating issue now.
