Can't log on the PTR
it says my current password isn't right. I try my old one and i get stuck at authenticating...what should i do?

Make sure you're not trying to use your battle.net login to access the PTR. If using older passwords does not grant you access to the PTR, there is unfortunately nothing I can do. The test servers and live servers are not directly linked, and so will not update when you change your password.
