[BUG] Blade Barrier
When both Bloodrunes are on CD, Blade Barrier is not showing any kind of Buff or Debuff and none of the paperdoll stats change, so there is no way to tell wether or ot this ability is working.

This is a known issue, please test this ability in the next PTR build.
