Honestly, I can't say that I actually attacked something, just when I logged in it as like that, and dced at one point because of my internet provider, I will check back to see if recent updates have changed that when I get home and provide more information.
Were you using gear manager before this happened? Possibly have two sets that had those types of weapons equipped in them?
