when owlkin frenzy is active, i still receive pushback when casting hibernate, which, according to the wording of the talent: "and causes you to be immune to pushback while casting Balance spells.", and the fact that hibernate is, indeed, a balance spell, is a bug.
this is also a bug on live and has been in the game since 3.0 talents... i've reported it a few times, but nothing ever comes of it, so i haven't reported it in a while, but with celestial focus now reducing the pushback on hibernate, i was reminded.
i've tested this extensively on live and the ptr with all 3 ranks of hibernate... it's not some random fluke thing, either, it's a 100% chance that you will get pushback from attacks while casting hibernate with owlkin frenzy active.... not really sure how this bug has continued to fly under the radar, but it seems like such an easy fix :[
