I'm having this issue on live, I'd appreciate if someone could confirm on PTR as my transferred character doesn't have the rep.
Quest: Assault by Ground - (Quest ID 13301 - Horde, repeatable daily)
Background: This quest rewards 250 reputation with Warsong Offensive.
Issue: After reaching Exalted reputation with Warsong Offensive, the Kor'kron Squad Leader no longer offers this quest. Assault by Air is still available from the other nearby NPC.
