When Lifebloom blooms on myself, I gain half of the mana cost back like the tooltip indicates.
However, when Lifebloom blooms on anyone else (i.e. raid member, party member, etc.), I am not getting half the mana cost back. Please fix this, as Lifebloom is, in itself, extremely mana intensive post-change.
