This can become a problem with dual speccing.
The process:
1.) Buy your Dual Spec.
2.) Set one up for Fury and gain Titan's Grip.
3.) Set the other up for Arms and gain Bladestorm.
4.) Select Fury as your spec, and equip your 2-handers.
5.) Select Arms as your spec.
As long as you don't change weapons or instance, you keep your 2-handers while having your Arms abilities.
If you hit a load screen, you will correctly lose the offhand weapon.
And obviously, to gain it back, swap over to fury, equip it, then swap back to arms.
This bug will not work wherever you cannot switch specs with dual spec, obviously.
