This is a serious problem and what I hope is simply a bug or an oversight on the part of blizzard. Currently on the PTR when a druid uses pounce he needs to wait 15 seconds to use Maim otherwise he will encounter diminishings. Which render Maim effectively half it's duration and strategically almost worthless.
This I believe is because Pounce and Maim are now sharing diminishings unlike when maim was an incapacitate.
The obvious solution being to give pounce the same treatment recently given to rogue cheap shot. I.E shares diminishing's only with itself.
Alternatively you could just you know, roll back the change to maim....
please don't confuse me with someone who gives a @@#%.
