Or was this change intentional so priest would no longer annoy people by kicking them? I kinda thought it was fun :(
Gamon used to have an ability called "Pride Breaker" http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=58561 which knocked back a player and dismounted them. You could also use this on NPC's which had a few uncomfortable side effects: if used on an Auctioneer, people using said NPC would have their auction interface closed. The ability had a short cooldown, so you could keep kicking the Auctioneers.
If the reason the spell was removed was to stop players from abusing it, could a compromise be made? A one-minute cooldown and/or no longer able to be used on NPC's would keep this as a fun thing to do every now and then, while removing the griefing possibilities.
