Improved Aspect of the Hawk in the hunter BM tree is causing a weird problem where it increases Rapid Recuperation's mana gain in the Marks tree.
Right now if you have it maxed out at 5/5, it sits at a 25% mana regen every 3 seconds under rapid fire when specced 2/2 into rapid recuperation.
