[BUG] Ghoul Frenzy GCD in Unholy Presence

While in Unholy Presence, I was noticing that Ghoul Frenzy wasn't following the 1sec GCD that ever other skill follows. I don't know how to show this short of a video but I have no capturing program and don't want to download one.
