--Lifebloom mana return function does not return mana if the druid is in Bear or Cat form when the bloom procs.

--(Moonkin FAP) From my understanding this is more of a clean up to cover up the removal of old elunes touch mechanics on melee swings in moonkin form; or it is a bug. Either way the removal isn't a complete success by bug or intentions.
After shape shifting into Moonkin form a druid does not receive FAP(feral attack power) from the shift, the druid can re equip the weapon and then receive FAP from the weapon. I also note that [Predatory Strikes] talent in the feral tree has had its tooltip for moonkin form removal; however it is not working and does apply FAP% increase to moonkin form FAP.
--[Survival Instincts] talent is unuseable in moonkin form, the buff portion still remains active if you shift out of bear form, into moonkin form. (the ability to cast thorns and nature's grasp were added to treeform, moonkin form is still unable to cast motw, and gotw buffs.)
--Non direct nerf to Innervate, with spirit nerf to the 5 second casting rule; in the same gear the difference between ptr innervate and live is about a 45% reduction in mana returned.
--Owlkin frenzy buff does not have push back immunity while out of moonkin form, this may be a bug.
--Pounce (cat opener) is on the same diminishing return as Maim (cat kidney shot).
--Moonglow talent does not include hurricane or typhoon mana reduction
--Vengeance talent does not include hurricane or typhoon critical bonus damage
--Celestial focus talent does not include wrath, or hurricane casting push back.
--Living seed talent does not include life bloom critical heals.
