I have seen multiple threads concerning this subject and no confirmation from blizzard that the talent is indeed bugged. As of now DRW is not copying any attacks and is just auto-swinging. I am looking to get confirmation from blizzard that this is a known bug and is being worked on. This talent is a large portion of my pve damage and I am a little concerned that this is being pushed to the back burner.
