Lifebloom is currently returning mana to the healed target, rather than the caster.
Casting Lifebloom on myself, a three-stack returns ~1400 mana to me when it blooms as expected. Single and double stacks return appropriate amounts to me when blooming as expected.
However, if I target another player, or NPC, and cast one, two or three stacks of LB on them, then let it bloom, I receive 0 mana, and my combat log says that the target of my lifebloom has received mana.
