When facing multiple mobs (a large number) and apparently refreshing savage defense, a savage defense proc will not appear to occur.
Here's one example of this, with nothing cut from the log (I uploaded to wws for easier reading, but the raw log says the same). This was me using my DPS gear and going to bear against demon hunter supplicants in SMV. No external buffs were present.

Two separate attacks from two separate mobs that were absorbed by one savage defense proc.
I don't know which (if any) of these are actual bugs, but it seems very counterintuive to have SD refreshed 6 times and still not actually proc once.
