With the Advanced Objective Tracker option turned on (Options->Interface->Objectives->Advanced Objectives Tracking).
Once a resize of the Tracker is performed the action buttons for quests with "on use" items (such as the Jack Me Some Lumber or A Chip Off the Ulduar Block quests) are distorted in the horizontal direction.
No Addons were loaded at the time. I performed a reload of the UI and a relog and the error persisted. The only way to revert the distortion is to resize the tracker to its narrowest setting.
