[Bug] Cinderglacier and BLood Boil
The cinderglacier proc (inscrease damage to attack that deal shadow and frost by 20%) doesn't affect Blood Boil, which is an attack that deals Shadow Damage. I tried many times on the dummies in ebon hold.
Gra pes, they just happen.
