So i've talked to multiple GMs as well as a very non-helpful person on the phone about trying to get my PTR account password synced with my current. I KNOW it's a known bug, that I need to try my old passwords, etc. Unfortunately I have the good habit of changing my PW regularly so trying to guess it is almost impossible (although I have been for the past hour).
Is there ANY way to get my password reset / re-synced? The account i'm posting on now is my other account that doesn't have any of the characters I want.
My last resort will be to copy a character to this account so I can get on the PTR but that is a last last resort.
