Immolate:
As of 5 minutes ago, Immolate is still bugged in such a way that if the warlock attempts to refresh the immolate dot even the slightest, immeasurable bit early, the spell will cast, the burst damage will be applied but the dot will not refresh if a buffed immolate dot is currently active, no error message is received (such as "a more powerful spell is already active")
To reproduce this bug, equip an "on use" trinket that increases spell power. Use the trinket and while the buff is active, cast an immolate at an enemy mob, enemy player, or target dummy. Click off the buff and attempt to reapply the immolate dot. You'll notice that the direct damage applies but the dot will not be refreshed and Immolate will have to be recast after the buffed dot expires.
This bug is often seen during a haste trinket or eradication proc where flawless timing can be difficult to achieve.
Save your breath- you'll need it later to blow up your date.
