MMO-Champion BlueTracker - Healthstones: What do you do with them?

So heres my question. What exactly do you do with health stones?

Do you eat them? Do you like rub them on your body? Are they suppositories?

I mean how exactly do those little burning green things work?

I usually right-click on them or bind them to a hotkey. Wait, I'm not sure I properly understand this thread.

It can be kind of annoying, I agree. Technically though, they're different items with different item IDs. You could always just make a macro: "/use Fel Healthstone" since they all have the same name. That should bypass the issue about which you speak.

I crush them up and put them on my cereal in the morning.
